Please read these terms carefully before placing orders on Saudaan.pk.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order on Saudaan.pk, you agree to these Terms of Service. All transactions are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan.
2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Contract
When you place a COD order, you make a commitment to accept and pay for the parcel when it arrives at your designated address. Fake orders or willful refusals without reasonable cause damage courier resources and will result in permanent blacklisting of the customer's phone number and delivery address.
3. Product Pricing & Accuracy
All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) inclusive of applicable taxes. We strive for 100% catalog accuracy. In the rare event of a pricing typo, Saudaan reserves the right to contact the customer prior to courier dispatch.
